DELIVERY TIMES AND COSTS

Your orders are prepared and shipped within 24 to 48 hours (excluding weekends and French public holidays).
You will be notified by email when your order has been shipped. This email will include a tracking number to keep you informed of each step of the delivery process.


Delivery in mainland France

  • Chronopost (collection point) — 1 to 2 working days | €3.90, free delivery to collection point for purchases of €49 or more
  • UPS (home delivery) — 3 to 5 working days | €7.90, free home delivery for purchases of €69 or more

Delivery in Austria, Belgium, Germany, Luxembourg, Netherlands, and Portugal

  • UPS (home delivery) — 3 to 5 working days | €8.90, free home delivery for purchases of €89 or more

Delivery to the rest of Europe

(Other countries in the European Union and the European Economic Area)

  • UPS (home delivery) — 3 to 5 working days | €10.90, free home delivery for purchases of €129 or more

Italy, Spain, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, Hungary, Latvia, Malta, Poland, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Sweden.


Delivery to the United Kingdom, Ireland, and Norway

  • UPS (home delivery) — 3 to 5 working days | €14.90, free home delivery for purchases of €149 or more

As the United Kingdom is outside the European Union, customs duties and/or local import VAT may apply and are the responsibility of the end customer.


Delivery to Switzerland

Deliveries to Switzerland are not available at the moment, but we are actively working on it.



RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

In accordance with our General Terms and Conditions of Sale, you have 14 days from the receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal.

Products must be returned at your expense, in their original, unopened packaging (unopened sticks, sachets, and cases with seals intact); a requirement specific to food products, which cannot be taken back once opened for hygiene and safety reasons.
