J'ai acheté les gummies Relax de chez iluvmi pour tester, étant de nature assez anxieuse. J'ai pris une cure d'un mois pour voir sur la durée les effets, mais j'ai été agréablement surprise par l'efficacité car j'ai ressenti un effet apaisant rapidement (dès la première heure de prise je dirais)

En plus d'être efficace, le goût fruits rouges est délicieux et laisse un bon goût fruité, sans aucun côté chimique en bouche. Hâte de voir ce que cela va donner en fin de cure :)
